These rules describe how AI Game Platform decides which games to show you and in what order. They are published under Article 10.2-2 of Russian Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" and apply to all users. Where recommendation technology is used
- the game catalogue on the home page and in categories, with the sorts "New", "Popular" and "Trending";
- the list of games on a profile page and the list of games you liked, when sorted the same way;
- the "Following feed";
- the "Jump back in" list.
Search results and the default catalogue order are not personalised.
How games are ordered
New
Games ordered by the time they were first published, newest first. Updating a game does not move it up.
Popular
All-time score: number of plays plus three times the number of likes. A play is a counted start of the game: the same player counts at most once every 30 minutes per game, and a guest at most once per game. The author's own plays and likes are not counted.
Trending
Recent activity over the last 7 days, where every event loses half its weight each day: plays count once, likes count three times. The author's own plays and likes are not counted. Scores are recalculated every few minutes.
Following feed
New and updated games from the authors you follow, newest first. Nothing is ranked by a model.
Jump back in
Games you started recently, most recent first.
When two games have the same score, a fixed technical identifier decides the order, so the list is stable.
What information is used
- Counted plays and likes of all users, in aggregate (not who they were).
- Time of publication.
- For the feed: the list of authors you follow. For "Jump back in": the games you started.
- The category you selected, and your language to show game titles in it.
We do not use your gender, age, location, browsing history on other sites, or any data bought from third parties to recommend games. Games hidden or removed by moderation, unpublished games and private games are excluded.
Your choices
You can switch between "New", "Popular" and "Trending", choose a category, unfollow authors to change your feed, and use search. A guest gets the same catalogue without the feed.
