Terms of Service
Este documento está disponible en inglés y ruso. Estás leyendo la versión en inglés.
Borrador para la versión de prueba. Los datos marcados con [FILL IN] aún no se conocen y se completarán antes del lanzamiento público.
These terms are an agreement between you and [FILL IN: legal entity name] (BIN [FILL IN: BIN], [FILL IN: registered address]), the operator of AI Game Platform. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
What AI Game Platform is
AI Game Platform is a place to play browser games and to create them. People describe a game in their own words, our AI tools help turn that idea into a working game, and authors can publish it for others to play alone or together. Around the games there are profiles, follows, likes, comments, parties, text chat and voice chat in matches.
These terms apply to the website, the app at /app, the play domains where games run, the public API and the agent (MCP) access we give to authors. Together we call them "the Platform".
Who can use the Platform
- You can play many games as a guest, without an account. Guest play is still covered by these terms.
- To create an account you give your date of birth. Accounts are open to all ages, but features depend on age as described in Child Safety and Parents. If you are under 14, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy for you when you sign up.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
- You may not use the Platform if we have banned you, or if the law of your country does not allow it.
Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with a supported external account. Google and Apple sign-in are not offered to users in Russia; VK ID and Yandex ID are offered there instead. We determine your country from your IP address.
- When you create an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Users in Russia also give a separate Personal Data Consent. We keep a record of which versions you accepted.
- Keep access to your email and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions taken by AI agents you connect.
- Your nickname must follow the Community Guidelines and must not impersonate anyone.
- Your date of birth must be true. It is private and can only be changed through support.
Creating with AI
The Platform gives authors AI tools that write game code, generate images and other assets, and transcribe dictated prompts. Some of these tools are provided by third parties, such as OpenAI.
- AI output can be wrong, unoriginal or similar to existing works. Review what you publish. You are responsible for your games, even when AI helped make them.
- Do not use AI tools to create content the Community Guidelines prohibit, and do not try to get around our safety filters.
- We limit AI usage (for example, the number of generations per day) to keep the service fair and affordable. Limits can change.
- Prompts, attachments and generated content are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not put other people's personal data or confidential information into prompts.
Agent and API access
Authors can connect AI agents (for example, through the Model Context Protocol) to their account. A connected agent acts on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You can revoke a connection at any time in your account settings. Do not share tokens, do not automate actions we do not offer through the API, and do not use access to scrape other people's data or overload the service.
Your content and the licence you give us
"Your content" means games, code, images, sounds, titles, descriptions, comments, chat messages, profile details and anything else you upload or create on the Platform.
- You keep ownership of your content, to the extent you have rights in it.
- You give us a licence to host, store, copy, run, display, adapt (for example, make thumbnails, social preview images and translations of the interface around your game), distribute and publicly perform your content, so that we can operate, promote and improve the Platform. The licence is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable to our service providers only as needed to run the Platform.
- Published games may be played by anyone the game's visibility allows, embedded in our pages and shared by link. Other users may create remixes of published games on the Platform using our remix feature.
- The licence for a piece of content ends when you delete it or your account, except for copies other users have already made through permitted features (such as remixes), copies we must keep by law, and backups that are deleted on their normal schedule.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed for everything you upload, and that your content does not break the law or these terms.
Games run in a sandbox
Games made by authors run in an isolated environment on a separate domain. A game does not get access to your account, email, cookies, sign-in sessions, voice credentials, files or arbitrary network access; it only receives the public game data the Platform allows (for example, your nickname and avatar in a match). Server-side game rules run in our sandbox. Even so, games are created by users and we do not review every game before it is published. Play at your own judgement and report games that break the rules.
Rules of conduct
When you use the Platform, you agree to follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, you may not:
- break the law, or help others break it;
- harass, threaten or exploit anyone, especially children;
- upload malware, try to escape the game sandbox, attack our systems or other users, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure agreed with us;
- cheat in ways that harm other players, manipulate likes, plays or rankings, or create accounts in bulk;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- collect other users' data without their permission.
Moderation, enforcement and termination
We use automatic filters, user reports and human review to keep the Platform safe. We may remove or hide content, limit features, issue warnings, suspend or permanently ban an account, or unpublish a game when we reasonably believe the rules have been broken, the law requires it, or there is a risk of harm. Where possible we tell you what we did and why, and you can reply through the contacts in Contacts and Complaints.
You can stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time in settings. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. We may also close the Platform or a feature; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Paid features
The Platform is currently free. If we introduce paid features, separate terms will apply to them and we will show the price before you pay.
Disclaimers
The Platform is a test version under active development. We provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will be kept forever, and we are not responsible for content created by other users. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which for free use is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional harm or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts at the operator's location, after an attempt to settle them through a written complaint to [FILL IN: support email]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in the courts there where that law gives you that right.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version id and date at the top of this page show which text is current. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in advance through the Platform or by email, and where the law requires it we will ask you to accept the new version. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
