Child Safety and Parents
Este documento está disponible en inglés y ruso. Estás leyendo la versión en inglés.
Borrador para la versión de prueba. Los datos marcados con [FILL IN] aún no se conocen y se completarán antes del lanzamiento público.
Many players on AI Game Platform are children and teenagers. Instead of turning younger people away, we give every account features that fit its age. This page explains how that works and what parents can do.
Age at sign-up
- Everyone who creates an account enters their date of birth. Existing accounts are asked for it on their next sign-in.
- The date of birth is private: only the account owner and our moderation team can see it. It can be changed only through support at [FILL IN: support email], so that a child cannot simply switch age groups.
- Anyone can play as a guest without an account. Guests cannot post comments, send chat messages, speak in voice chat or publish games.
What each age group can do
Under 13
- No voice chat: they can neither speak nor hear other players.
- They cannot post comments or send chat messages.
- Their public profile shows only their nickname, avatar and games: no bio and no link.
- They can play, create games with AI tools, like and follow.
Under 14
When someone under 14 creates an account, a parent or guardian must confirm consent to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy (and, for users in Russia, the Personal Data Consent) by ticking a checkbox at sign-up.
13 to 17
- Voice chat is available.
- Their likes are private by default.
- All Community Guidelines protections apply, and they can mute, block and report anyone.
18 and over
All features are available.
Age labelling
The Platform is labelled [FILL IN: age category, e.g. 12+]. In Russia this follows Federal Law No. 436-FZ "On Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development". Games are made by users; our Community Guidelines prohibit sexual content, realistic gore and other content harmful to children on the whole Platform, and we remove games that break them.
Safety tools for everyone
- Block: a blocked user cannot comment on your games, follow you, or see your comments, and you will not see theirs.
- Mute and volume controls for every player in voice chat.
- Report: on any game, comment or profile.
- Settings for who can comment on your games: everyone, followers, or no one.
- Games run in an isolated sandbox and never get access to a player's account, email or sign-in.
For parents and guardians
- Talk with your child about what they share: a nickname should not contain a real name, school or location.
- You can ask us to correct your child's date of birth, to tell you what data we hold about your child, or to delete their account: write to [FILL IN: personal data requests email] from the account's email address or explain how you are related to the child.
- If you see something that puts a child at risk, report it in the product and write to [FILL IN: complaints email]. In an emergency, contact the police.
How we respond
We treat reports involving child safety as urgent. Accounts that sexualise or endanger children are banned immediately, and we report child sexual exploitation to the competent authorities.
